We just had one of the most cherished family vacations I may ever have, and throughout the month we kept asking our kids if they mentioned, gave their good vibe feedback, shared with whoever they were talking about, etc? If it was a comment that that server was so nice, or that lady in line smiled at me, even… that was such a nice dog…we would encourage them to tell that person how they felt so that person knew they were making a difference. I have to share with you that not many have impacted me in a positive way throughout a service process like you have. Even when things were stressful and it felt like things were slipping away, you made the call or email to make us feel better. Maybe you realize it and can only hope many tell you…but if not, you do make a difference and then some by going above and beyond!!!
